Refund policy

Personalised and Custom-Made Items (including all Arabic calligraphy name necklaces, bracelets, or any piece made to a specific customer's request/name) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be faulty. (Note: These items are made to your specification over a 3-4 week production period and cannot be resold.)

Items that have been worn (for hygiene reasons), altered, or damaged after delivery are also included in the non-returnable items.
