Order Processing Time Standard Items (Non-Personalised): All orders for non-custom items are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Personalised/Bespoke Items: Due to the bespoke nature of Arabic calligraphy jewellery, please allow a production time of 3-4 weeks from the date of order confirmation before your item is ready to ship. We will keep you updated on the status of your piece.

International Shipping: We are pleased to ship our jewellery worldwide.

Service: All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service, which is fully tracked and insured.

Cost & Time: Calculated at checkout based on destination. Estimated delivery is typically 7-14 working days after dispatch (i.e., after the 3-4 week production time for personalised items).

Customs, Duties, & Taxes: Haadi Collection is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
