Welcome to Haadi Collection

We’re so glad you’re here. Haadi Collection ("we", "us", "our") provides this website and our jewellery services to you under the following terms. By hanging out on our site or making a purchase, you’re agreeing to these rules, so please take a quick look.

1. Your Account and Access

To shop with us, you might need to share some info like your email and shipping address. By doing so, you’re confirming that the info is accurate and that you’re at least the age of majority in your area. You’re the boss of your account, so please keep your login details secure.

2. Our Jewellery

We pour our hearts into making sure our Arabic calligraphy jewellery looks as beautiful on screen as it does in person. However, because every screen displays colour differently, the piece you receive might vary slightly in shade from what you see on your device.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to change our product descriptions or stop selling a specific piece at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

When you click "buy," you’re making an offer to purchase. An order is only officially "accepted" once we send you a confirmation.

  • Changes: We try to move fast! Because of this, we might not be able to change or cancel an order once it’s been placed.

  • Personal Use: By purchasing, you agree these pieces are for your own collection (or gifts!) and not for commercial resale.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We work with trusted carriers to get your jewellery to you. While we’ll give you our best estimate of when it will arrive, we can't guarantee delivery dates due to potential carrier or customs delays. Once the package is with the carrier, the "risk of loss" (the responsibility for the package) passes to you.

5. Intellectual Property

The designs, calligraphy, photos, and logos on this site belong to Haadi Collection. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Please don't copy, reproduce, or use our work for your own commercial gain without our written "okay" first.

6. Our Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. They provide the tech that makes this shop run, but your contract is with Haadi Collection. You agree that Shopify isn't responsible for the actual sale or any issues with the physical products.

7. Feedback and Ideas

We love hearing from you! If you send us reviews or suggestions, you’re giving us permission to use those ideas (and show off those reviews!) to improve the store and inspire others, without us owing you compensation.

8. The Legal "Fine Print"

  • As-Is: We provide our services "as is." While we aim for perfection, we don’t guarantee that our site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • Liability: To the fullest extent of the law, Haadi Collection and our partners won't be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
